Software and license selling
Custom business solutions
Service availability may vary based on workload, project scope, and technical requirements.
All quotes are based on the information provided by the client.
Prices may change if the project scope changes or additional work is requested.
Quotes are valid for 7–14 days unless otherwise stated.
A 50% advance payment may be required before starting any project.
Final files, printed materials, or website launch will be delivered only after full payment.
Payments are non-refundable once a project has started or once digital files have been delivered.
Urgent orders may include priority/express charges.
Most design services include free revisions within reasonable limits.
Major changes, redesigns, or out-of-scope edits may require additional payment.
Revision limits will be communicated during the project.
Once a design or content is approved, PixelWave is not responsible for errors found later.
Turnaround times vary by service type:
Design: 24–72 hours
Printing: 3–7 business days
Websites: 3–10 days
Photography/video: varies by project
IT support: instant to 24 hours
Delays caused by late feedback, missing materials, or client-side issues are not our responsibility.
Colors may differ slightly between digital screens and printed materials.
PixelWave is not responsible for print issues caused by files not created by us.
Errors found after client approval are not eligible for free reprinting.
Reprints due to client mistakes will be charged separately.
Domains and hosting are billed annually.
Clients are responsible for renewing domain/hosting before expiration.
PixelWave is not responsible for downtime or data loss caused by expired hosting, third-party issues, or client misuse.
Website maintenance and updates are not included unless part of a maintenance package.
Additional website features requested after completion will be billed separately.
All software licenses provided are genuine and sourced from verified distributors.
License validity and features depend on the software developer, not PixelWave.
No refunds are issued for activated or delivered digital licenses.
Raw files are not provided unless agreed beforehand.
Final edited files will be delivered in standard formats.
Extra editing, reshoots, or special effects may incur additional charges.
Clients must ensure:
All information provided is accurate
Content, images, and files supplied are legal and non-copyrighted
Timely responses for approvals and revisions
Payments are made on time
PixelWave has the right to pause or cancel projects if client obligations are not met.
Final paid work becomes the client’s property.
Drafts, concepts, and unpaid designs remain the property of PixelWave.
Clients may not resell, modify, or claim ownership of design drafts without full payment.
PixelWave may display completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
We respect your privacy. All files, business information, and project materials shared with us will be treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties without permission.
PixelWave is not liable for:
Financial losses, revenue loss, or business interruption
Third-party service failures (hosting, payment processors, courier delays)
Data loss or technical issues outside our control
Mistakes caused by incorrect client information
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
You agree not to:
Use our services for unlawful activities
Upload harmful or illegal content
Share copyrighted material without permission
Attempt to manipulate, hack, or misuse our website
Use our work in unethical or prohibited ways
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for violations.
We may suspend or terminate a project if:
Payments are overdue
The client violates these Terms
The client engages in abusive or unethical behavior
The project requirements are illegal or harmful
No refunds will be issued for terminated projects.
PixelWave may update these Terms at any time.
